Boy Scouts Merit Badges

Boy Scout merit badges include a wide variety of subjects like archery, art, bird study, camping, climbing, dog care, environmental science, fire safety, metalwork, orienteering, swimming, weather, and wilderness survival. Boy Scouts have to earn a certain number of Boy Scout merit badges to earn the next rank.  There are over 120 Boy Scout merit badges available, so Scouts have a huge range of subjects to explore in more detail.  In order to earn a Boy Scout merit badge, Scouts must met the requirements for that Boy Scout merit badge exactly.  This can be done by showing and demonstrating, making, listing, collecting, identifying, and labeling.
